About

Originally from Iran and raised in Sweden, Sara began exploring the relationship between body wisdom and consciousness while living in New York, where a breast tumor diagnosis at the age of 23 became a catalyst for her healing journey. This experience led her to study various yoga lineages and ultimately to a deep devotion to Kundalini (Laya) Yoga.

Her path later brought her to India, where she studied the eastern traditions of Kundalini and the philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism under the guidance of devoted masters in India, Oaxaca, and Costa Rica. Between 2014 and 2017, she completed Kundalini Yoga Levels 1–3 and a 500-hour Hatha Yoga training, studying with teachers including Stefano Allegri, Mario Corella, and Richard Freeman.

Drawing from years of study and practice, Sara developed NLK – Non-Linear Kundalini, a somatic method that integrates Hatha alignment, non-dual Kashmir Shaivism, and the breath, sound, and chanting practices of Kundalini Yoga.

In 2018, under the mentorship of Linda Backman, she began to explore and integrate past life awareness into her 1:1 mentorship work, deepening her understanding of the soul’s journey and human transformation.

Sara is dedicated to creating educational and creative tools that cultivate self-awareness, illuminate behavioral patterns, and inspire a more conscious relationship with creativity and connection.
