Being coached by Sara has been such a transformative experience for me. When I first met her I was so lost and unsure of myself. Within our time working together I was able to make shifts in so many aspects of my life. She guided me back to my body and showed me how to listen when it’s speaking to me. She has taught me how to allow myself to shine and recognize my worth. Through her coaching techniques I learned how to manifest with my mind by connecting to my body and leading with intentional actions. Anyone would be beyond lucky to work with Sara in this lifetime.
