Unmasked is a course that bridges yogic practices with artistry. Each week, we recognize a layer, something built to protect, or to cope with life, and work to meet what's underneath it.

This course is for those seeking deep work, a spark for creativity, and ready to take a leap into living truly from their own energy. It's for the blocked artist as much as for anyone who wants to spark that part of themselves further.
