Welcome to Guided You, operated by Sara Nory. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of guidedyou.com, our memberships, courses, workshops, retreats, and consultation calls (together, the "Services").

By accessing this website or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Who we are

2. Our Services

We offer:

  • Online memberships (weekly classes, Prana Mantra, Moon Vision, and related content)

  • Courses (such as Unmasked)

  • In-person workshops (such as Cre Art)

  • Retreats

  • 1:1 sessions and consultation calls

Service details, pricing, and schedules are listed on the relevant pages of this site and may change from time to time.

3. Health and physical practice disclaimer

Kundalini yoga, movement, breathwork (pranayama), and related practices offered through Guided You involve physical activity. By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate, and it is your responsibility to consult a doctor before beginning any new physical practice, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

  • You participate at your own risk. Sara Nory and Guided You are not medical professionals, and nothing offered through our Services is medical advice or a substitute for it.

  • You are responsible for listening to your body and stopping any movement, posture, or breathing practice that causes pain or discomfort.

4. Payments and memberships

  • All prices are listed in euros unless stated otherwise.

  • Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through [your account / by emailing us], and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will keep access through the period you've already paid for.

  • Course and workshop payments are due at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable, as stated at checkout. If you believe there's been a billing error, contact us at hello@guidedyou.com and we'll look into it.

  • Member pricing on courses (where offered) is available to active members and is subject to any minimum membership period stated on the relevant page.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and recaps

  • Live classes, calls, and course sessions happen at the scheduled time. If you can't attend live, a recap is available where stated on that offering's page.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site and within our Services, including class sequences, videos, written materials, artwork, and the Guided You name and branding, belongs to Sara Nory / Guided You unless otherwise stated. 7. Code of conduct

We ask that everyone participating in our classes, courses, retreats, and community spaces treats others with respect. We reserve the right to remove access to our Services for anyone whose behavior is abusive, disruptive, or unsafe for others.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guided You and Sara Nory are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Your use of the Services, including physical participation in classes, workshops, and retreats, is at your own risk.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
